Our consultants will have a construction industry background normally as QSs or commercial managers and will have retrained with additional legal qualifications ranging from an MSc in Construction Law up to solicitors or barristers. We believe that this mixture of dual qualification and real construction experience ensures that our consultants are able to provide high quality legal advice with a commercially sensible approach that appreciates the realities of the construction sector.

Many of our consultants are also adjudicators, arbitrators and mediators in their own right.
